For nails, brows and waxing, a few days ahead is usually enough. For lash sets, braids and weekend appointments, book as early as you can — weekend slots fill up fast. If you need something sooner, message us anyway and we'll check for gaps.

Yes. Many clients pair treatments, like a gel manicure with a pedicure, or brow shaping with a lash lift. Tell us everything you'd like when you book so we can set aside enough time.

Please WhatsApp us as soon as you know. We'll always try to fit you in, but if you're very late we may need to shorten the treatment or move you to another slot so the next client isn't kept waiting.

Send us a WhatsApp message as early as possible. Early notice lets us offer your slot to someone else and find you a new time that suits you.

A gel manicure usually lasts 2–3 weeks when the nail is prepped well and you look after it — gloves for cleaning, cuticle oil daily and no picking. Gel on toes often lasts 3–4 weeks because toenails grow more slowly.

Rubber base is a thick, flexible gel base that strengthens thin or bendy natural nails. A gel overlay adds a protective layer over your natural nail. Polygel is a putty-like hybrid of gel and acrylic that's light but strong, good for adding length. Acrylic is the hardest and most durable option, best for long or dramatic sets. We'll recommend the right one for your nails.

Damage usually comes from picking or peeling product off, or from harsh removal — not the product itself. That's why we recommend a proper soak-off (R100) rather than pulling off an old set.

Xpress is a quick tidy-up: nails shaped, cuticles neatened and colour applied. Deluxe adds more pampering and time on dry skin. Medi gives the most attention to hard skin on heels and soles. All three can be finished with paint or gel.

We use professional salon gel polish, including Gel-It and BG Superior.

Extensions fall out naturally with your own lash cycle, so most clients book a fill (R250) every 2–3 weeks to keep their set looking full. Keeping them dry for the first 24 hours and avoiding oily products helps them last longer.

Classic (R400) is one extension per natural lash for a natural, mascara-like look. Volume (R600) uses light fans for a full, fluffy look. Hybrid (R500) mixes both for texture. If you're unsure, tell us the look you like and we'll help you choose.

A lash lift curls and lifts your own lashes (add a tint for extra definition) and needs no fills. Extensions add length and fullness with individual lashes and need regular fills. A lift is lower maintenance; extensions are more dramatic.

Please come with clean lashes and no eye make-up if you can. It saves time and helps the lashes bond well.

Lamination sets your brow hairs in a brushed-up shape for a fuller look. Henna tints the hairs and lightly stains the skin underneath to fill sparse areas. A brow tint colours only the hairs for soft definition. Lamination & Tint (R300) combines shape and colour.

There's a quick sting, but it's over fast and usually gets easier with regular waxing. We work quickly in small sections. Avoiding caffeine beforehand and booking outside your period can make it more comfortable.

A Brazilian (R200) removes most hair from the bikini area and usually leaves a small strip or shape at the front. A Hollywood (R250) removes all of the hair. A standard Bikini wax (R150) tidies just the bikini line.

Let hair grow to about 5 mm (roughly 2–3 weeks after shaving). Gently exfoliate a day or two before, arrive with clean skin and no lotion, and wear loose clothing. Avoid sunburnt or broken skin.

Yes. Men's waxing starts from R250 depending on the area. Message us on WhatsApp with the area you'd like waxed and we'll confirm the price.

Swedish (R400) uses flowing, medium pressure to relax you all over. Deep tissue (R500) uses firmer, slower pressure to work into tight, knotted muscles. If you mainly want to unwind, choose Swedish; if you have stubborn tension, choose deep tissue.

Please tell us if you're pregnant when you book. We recommend checking with your doctor or midwife first, and some treatments — like deep tissue — may not be suitable. We'll advise you on gentler options where appropriate.

Dermaplaning gently removes dead skin cells and fine facial hair ("peach fuzz"), leaving skin feeling smooth and helping make-up go on more evenly. Wear sunscreen daily afterwards.

Braid prices are for the braiding service, and prices marked "excl. hair fibre" don't include hair. Send us a photo of the style you want on WhatsApp and we'll confirm the total and how much hair to bring.

Knotless braids usually take several hours, depending on the length, size of the braids and your hair. We'll give you a time estimate when you send us your style.

With good care — a satin scarf at night and a clean, moisturised scalp — most braids look neat for about 4–6 weeks. Leaving them in much longer can stress your hair and edges.

Yes. Cornrow removal is R100 and cornrow & braid removal is R200. Gentle removal protects your natural hair.

All our prices are listed on the site. Some prices can change with length, design, hair fibre or add-ons, which is why those are shown as "from". We always confirm your quote before we start — no surprises.
